NO TIME TO DIE WORLD PREMIERE DATE ANNOUNCED
The World Premiere for No Time To Die will take place at the Royal Albert Hall in London on Tuesday 31st March. The film will then be released in the UK on 2 April and the US on 10 April
In No Time To Die, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology
BILLIE EILISH TO PERFORM NO TIME TO DIE TITLE SONG
Billie Eilish will perform the theme song for the 25th James Bond film, No Time To Die. The 18-year-old multi-platinum selling and GRAMMY® Award nominated singer has written the title song with her elder brother; fellow multi GRAMMY® Award nominated FINNEAS . Billie Eilish is the youngest artist in history to write and record a James Bond theme song
Eilish said, “It feels crazy to be a part of this in every way. To be able to score the theme song to a film that is part of such a legendary series is a huge honour. Cary Joji Fukunaga replaced Danny Boyle as the film's director. On Thursday 20th September 2018 it was announced that Cary Joji Fukunaga will direct the 25th Bond film. Boyle, the previous director signed to the project, had left one month earlier on 21st August of that year. Many directors were considered for replacement, with the short-list rumored to include Jean-Marc Vallée, David Mackenzie, Denis Villeneuve, Yann Demange, Edward Berger, and Edgar Wright. Fukunaga is known for his directorial work on the first season of True Detective (2014), Beasts of No Nation (2015), and Netflix limited series Maniac (2018), which premiered the day after his announcement
